COVENA structures the entire rental process — lease, contract, signature, deposit, inventory and Ejari — into one connected, trusted workflow. We are not a property portal, not a brokerage, and not a marketplace. We are the neutral layer that sits between landlords, tenants and agencies, and keeps the record straight.

The problem we're solving

Residential renting is broken into disconnected pieces. Contracts live in email. Deposits move on trust. Inventories are blurry photos on a phone. Ejari is a separate errand. Because nothing is connected, move-out disputes are almost inevitable — and no one has a clean record of who's right.

What we build

One structured journey for the whole tenancy: a guided lease, a generated contract, signature before any money moves, deposits protected through a regulated escrow partner, time-stamped entry and exit inventories that both parties approve, and a deposit released against a shared, auditable record. Every action is timestamped and immutable — that's what makes COVENA a trust layer, not just a form.

Our philosophy

Structured From The Start. We'd rather take the time to build solid foundations than patch things together and rebuild in six months. Security, neutrality and a clean audit trail aren't features bolted on later — they're the foundation the whole workflow stands on.

Where we start

We're launching in Dubai, working first with agencies and professional landlords who feel the fragmentation most. Expansion to France and the rest of Europe follows once the model is validated.
