Privacy policy

This policy explains what information COVENA collects, why, and how we protect it. We keep it deliberately plain.
What we collect
- Early access: your name, email address and the role you select (agency, landlord or tenant).
- Your account: if you use the app, your profile (name, email) and the rental data you enter — properties, leases, inventories, signatures and related documents.
- Basic technical data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To provide the service, contact you about early access, operate the rental workflow you create, and keep an accurate, auditable record of actions taken within a lease.
How it's stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role, so people only see the data that belongs to them. COVENA never holds tenant deposits — those are handled by a regulated escrow partner.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't show third-party ads.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to remove you from the early access list, at any time. Just contact us.
