The service

COVENA provides software that structures the residential rental process — lease creation, contract generation, signatures, inventories and deposit workflow. COVENA is a neutral infrastructure layer; it is not a property portal, a brokerage or a party to any tenancy.

Early access

The service is currently offered in an early access phase. Features may change, and it is provided "as is" while we build. Please don't rely on it as your sole record for legally critical matters until we confirm otherwise.

Deposits & neutrality

COVENA never holds funds. Deposits are handled by a regulated escrow partner. COVENA records the workflow and keeps the audit trail — it does not take a side in any dispute between a landlord and a tenant.

Acceptable use

You agree to use COVENA lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse or attempt to compromise the service or other users' data.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, COVENA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the early access service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll reflect the date above.
